Darnaby Arts and Crafts Show

The following documents are specifically for vendors who have already been approved by the jury to participate in the show.

We would like to welcome you to the 28th annual Darnaby Arts and Crafts Show! The proceeds from the show will benefit the children at Darnaby Elementary by providing playground equipment, updating books and technology equipment.
ALL RETURNING VENDORS WILL RECEIVE THEIR REGISTRATION PACKET BY MAIL OR E-MAIL.  Please complete the contract and return it with your payment to the address below between August 1st and October 1st. If we do not receive your application by Oct 1st, your booth will be declared empty and will be filled by another crafter. Please note: If Union Public Schools are closed Fri, Dec. 4th due to weather, the craft show will be cancelled. The reschedule date will be Saturday, December 12, 2009. Please check your email and this website for any necessary changes.
