39th Darnaby Arts & Crafts Show


We are BACK! The Darnaby Rangers cordially invite you to celebrate the 39th annual Darnaby Arts and Crafts Show on Saturday, December 4 th from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the UMAC in Tulsa. This free-to-attend event is celebrating over three decades of success by featuring a variety of distinctive hand-made items from over 100 skilled artists and crafters. Easily one of the largest and most longstanding craft marketplaces in the region, the Darnaby Arts and Crafts Show has earned a reputation as an annual showcase event for high-quality items that brings both crafters and shoppers back year after year. The Darnaby show is a must stop for everyone’s holiday shopping as it offers a wide variety of items such as monogrammed gifts, holiday accents, home decor, delicious baked goods, adorable children’s clothing and accessories, adult fashions, jewelry, purses, pet items, woodcrafts and much, much more. So come out and join us and don’t forget that we will be returning to the UMAC (Union Multipurpose Activity Center), 6836 S. Mingo Road, Tulsa .

Melissa Click Photography, a member of our beloved Darnaby family, has offered a to give away a Children’s Portrait Session to one lucky winner! You’ll receive a 10 minute session with each of your children, and 5 images of each child, as well additional images of your children together!

Pre Approved Vendor

The following information is for returning vendors, who have already been approved to participate in the Show. (Forms for new vendors are on a different page.) We would like to welcome you to the 39th Annual Darnaby Arts and Crafts Show! All returning vendors will receive their Pre-Approved Merchant Confirmation and Payment Contract and their Pre-Approved Vendor Rules and Guidelines by e-mail. Please complete the contract and return it with your payment to the address on the Contract by September 1st. If we do not receive your application by September 1st, your booth may be declared empty and filled by another crafter. Please check your email and this website regularly for any necessary notices or changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Jury Process Questions:

1. What happens if my Jury Application has been placed on the waiting list?

If your application has been placed on our waiting list, the Show Committee will contact you as appropriate booth space becomes available.  Please note that changes occur and spaces may open through set-up on Friday, so your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

2. May I share my booth space with another vendor?

On the application, please include all vendor names and products participating in the booth.  A vendor may not share or sell any of his/her space without the approval of our Show Committee.  Please note that our Committee reserves the right to accept all or part of your products.

3. Are more than one national franchise companies allowed in the show?

We only allow one vendor representing national franchise companies e.g. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.

Show Questions:

1. What are your rates?

Our booth rental rate is $110 per 9’x 9’ booth.

2. What time is check-in?

Official set-up time is Friday, December 3rd, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

3. What are the show hours?

Show hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 4th, 2021.  We advertise these hours to the public, so you will need to come prepared with enough inventory to sell throughout the day.  Early departure will not be accepted without the approval from our Committee for emergency situations.

4. May I have access to electricity?

Electrical requests must be received at least one week before the show date, or a $25 late fee will be assessed.  If electricity is requested, you will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords.

5. How are taxes handled?

Each merchant is responsible for collecting his or her own sales tax.

6. Do you rent tables for the show?

We do not provide tables for vendors. You are responsible for your own tables. However, two chairs will be provided.
